r.i.p kayla
On of the my sister's friends commited suicide on Thursday.
It's all just fucked up, she was 16 years old and she killed herself.
My mum found out when the school counceller at Mercedes' school rung her saying Mercedes was upset [insert questions like "what happened" here] and by the way Kayla's dead.
The stupid fucking woman then continued on talking, asking mum when she'd pick Mercedes up from school until my mum told her she'd be there when she got there cause first she had to go tell one of her other kids that her best friend's dead and hung up the phone.
At least when she spoke to her again today she apologised for being so blunt as she didn't know that Kayla had been close to the whole family. Little hard not to be when at one point she practically lived at my mums for 6 months.
Anyway the funeral is Friday and when I told my nan last night I wanted to go, she started going on about how I have to go to tafe, for fucks sake it's a funeral, I think that gives me excuse enough to miss one days classes. And even if I hadn't already said that, when I saw my mum today first thing she did was ask if I wanted to go with them and when I told her what was said about tafe she ranted on for a few minutes before telling me I was going, lol.
When I got home thismorning to get ready for work my nan decided to tell me that she'd found out how she killed herself. Just blurted it out while I was standing in the kitchen getting breakfast. Though I suppose it went nicely with how she told me Kayla had died anyway, she was on the phone to mum and just turned to me and goes, by the way Kayla's dead, and went back to talking to my mum, completely ignoring the fact I was standing there in shock and trying to get the phone off her so I could find what happened for myself.
Oh yeah and apparantly they announced how she did it at Whyndham on Friday too which is just entirely fucked up in my opinion. The school she went to last year is trying not to let people know, while the one she was attending announced it to the school. Not just that she died, but how she did it! It's just fucken wrong.
