I left my old job after 16 months in april and a big part was because I felt I wasn't getting the training I had been told I would get and I was good and ready for.
Four months into my new job (doing the same kinda thing) and I've been trained in all our products within 4 months, I'm closer to home and work better hours with more flexibility. Not always the most forward thinking place but in the end I think I made the right choice.
