[ there was always something tedious about opening his top drawer and entering the code or what not. it usually just opened after that and he was free to take one out and reload or arm if needed. but noooo, not this time. it locked up and ciro is displeased to say the least. though, having encountered this problem at home once or twice he's rather calm about it. displeased, but calm. this isn't as much a problem as it would normally be, but...he'll have to wait a while for it to be safe to try and unlock again.
