so i for some unknown reason decided to log onto my nextel acount online. adn guess what i saw.....

fisrt thing, all i need to say is someone had better respond to this ASAP. im normaly pretty hard to get mad but im about furious at the moment. even though im sure u have "no record" of what im about to say, but man r u gonna hear it. i decided to log onto your websit etoday becaus ei havent in a while and have received no indication of it being necessary to. so this was sort of jsut a random check, mostly to see when my account was expiring if possble. but now.....now you gone and done it. I'm currently located inS. Korea with the United States Army. before i left to com ehere, in october 2005 i called one of your help lines or whatever it is u liek to call them, cuz i can thing of about half a million names i'd like to say right about now but anyways. i wanted to change my plan to the cheapest one you had so that it would still work, and when i came home for leave will woudl be able to use it, obviously withless minutes as i had previously. so teh lady on the other end "supposedly" took care of that wich obviously she didnt as that is why your getting this lovely email. i also had her change it or, if it was even necessary to, make it that i could use my phone here in Korea if need be. and of course i dont have the ladys name i talked to or the exact phone number i called, because this was back in october, and i was at home so if on the off chance i had written it down, it would be 6000+ miles away from me right now. but theoreticly she had everything straightened out for me. when i first got here the phone did work the way she said it would so i assumed everything was all good. but now, NOW we have aproblem. i checked my account today, and its still the same old rate plan i had when i first got my phone, as well as the fact that i havent been able to make use of my phone over here, someone called me and it worked but i havent been able to make an outgoing call like i did when i first got here. not that im so concerned with useing it, i have a crappy Korean phone to use over here. im more so concerned with the fact that im still paying like 85 bucks a month when i should be paying 30. you ahv ebeen fucking me out of that extra 55 bucks for a couple months now and im pretty pissed about that to say the least. thats like 165 bucks, from november to january, because the lady said it wouldnt show on my bill till the next month, i called in oct. so it would show on bill in november, even though the "international calling" or whatever worked right away, but doesnt anymore. i demanding this problem get resolved ASAP and want it to go no further than a couple crappy emails from but if it comes to it i can take a walk down the hill and makes things happen. so please, "take care of your customers" as i found this in the "customer care" section.

i think perhaps that about sums it up? thats the email i sent those fuckers and as Tech N9ne sayz, "you better BE WARNED" i wanted the mood thign to say furious...but all i can do is frustrated grrrr
