i figured, "fuck! if i'm not going to have a social life, i might as well do a bunch of co-counseling. and work out!"
oh, yeah. i've been going to the gym since last week. weight training M-W-F, doing cardio T-H (at least). i've tried to create a very simple work out schedule that i can squeeze in to most work days. if i'm going to succeed at working out regularly, i'm pretty sure i have to do it between leaving for work in the morning & coming home in the evening. once i'm home, ferget it! no way!
i'm thinking about committing to training for a triathlon sprint: swim 400-500 yards, cycle 12-15 miles, and walk/run 3 miles. i think i could probably do that..... anyway, i'm going to just keep working out & keep thinking about that kind of goal.
