So, Bruce stops by last night with awesome news.
Bruce works at Saddle Creek, off McCain Blvd. He cooks there. Many nights he makes the special, which is whatever he wants it to be, he gets to pick the meal, order the food, and make it. Damn near every night he makes the special, it sells out. It also almost always sells for $30 a plate. So Bruce made the special last night and afterwards is approched by two people. I think he said it was the Owner and General Manager of Ashely's, in the Capitol Hotel. The only 5 star fine dining restaurant in Arkansas (according to Bruce. he says the Peabody is only 4 stars). Bruce says that they offered him a spot at one of the top two positions in the kitchen. Go Bruce!!
