annd exams done
Have finished my two exams, they were ok. I don't think i've ever done so much reading for exams though so it'd be nice if i got a nice mark for them. I got into the second one, looked at the questions and two of the ones i was doing were taken off the past paper i'd taken out of the library! My lazy lecturer obviously couldn't be bothered to make up some new ones so he just borrowed ones from a couple of years ago. Means i didn't have to think about it too much anyway. Had a nice afternoon doing nothing to get over it then went out for one of Graham's friends birthday. Went to Shimla Pinks and had extremely yummy curry, it was a deal thing because there were so many of us so you had lots of different starters and mains and rice and naan mmm, then we went for a few drinklaas. Today i have been organising myself, decided what things i need to do like urgent dissertation reading and new modules reading but of course haven't actually started any of it yet.
This week i'm planning to be good and do lots of reading and go out and get very drunk on tuesday because it has been agges since i've been out properly. We've sort of decided to give up doing the entertainment programme for the the uni tv because it's going to take up too much time when we should be doing work and the bloke in charge is a bit crap and only wants us to do boring things. Instead we might do things we want to do every now and then. Robin and Lara want to do a uni version of 'Streetmate' this week, basically wandering around the campus with a girl who has to find a boy she fancies (hopefully with lots of ugly boys she doesn't like in-between) then they go on a quick date. Then we do the same with a boy. Not sure if it'll work out but if it does it might be funny. They also want to do 'Lust idol', a uni pop idol/x factor but this may be a bit far fetched.
