Since the Tigers won the ALCS last year Jim Leyland is managing the AL team for the All Star Game this year. And the exciting thing is, 5 Tigers are going with him- Pudge, Polanco and Maggs are starting, Guillen is a reserve and Verlander is one of the pitchers. The best bit is Leyland didn't pick a single Tiger, they all got voted in by the fans and the other players.

We have the most starters of any team! Take that Boston and New York!
