Summer's end
Summer is essentially over.
I have to work the rest of this week - my last day is Friday. On Tuesday, I am driving to Berkeley, dumping my stuff in my new apartment, getting Fat Slice for lunch, and turning around and driving back to Monterey for work. Saturday, I am packing up the few things left in my room, bidding Monterey goodbye, and driving home to L.A. In L.A., I will return my mother's car, get a haircut, have a dental checkup, shop for sneakers, see friends, possibly buy a new laptop, and enjoy some quality time with the fam. I will fly back to Berkeley the next Tuesday night, pick up Jenny's car, and drive to Berkeley to stay.
It should be a fairly busy ten days.
