Looking forward to this evening
This evening is a bit of an early birthday for me. For dinner, we are going to a complimentary wine/food event for Napa Valley Land Trust members which I am pretty psyched about. Free food & wine is always good, and this event is at the Oxbow, which has lots of different food/wine vendors all of which are quite tasty! Then after that, we have awesome seats at the newly renovated Uptown Theatre to see the comedian Brian Regan. I think we are just two rows back from the stage. I can't wait - I even went to the gym today so that I don't have any guilt indulging a bit at the land trust event.
This past Tuesday I flew down to Southern CA. I flew down there at 11am, arrived at 1pm, had a meeting from 2-2:45 and then flew back home on the 4pm flight. It was more than a little silly. It was truly weird since I didn't leave till after walking the dog in the morning, and got home in time to take the dog to training class in the evening.
