Torchwood Series 4
So I got round to watching Day Five of Children of Earth today and I'm still gob smacked at how everything came to a end...I will post my whole review of the CoE later tonightbut a little idea came into my head and I just had to get it out of my system.

So this is what I think Torchwood Series four will kinda be like....or hope it to be like. So with no Jack around Gwen takes it on her self to get Torchwood back and running. The goverment realise that Torchwood our the best people to protect Plant earth apart from the Doctor so they agree to rebuild the hub and give them their full support as connections with UNIT and the UK fall apart. With the hub and running and still no Jack, Gwen starts to recriut new members:
So the team: (From left to right)
Martha: (2nd in comard, Medic) After finding out what happened with UNIT and the 456 and Torchwood's involvement she turns her back on UNIT and becomes the third member of Torchwood
Alex: (Computer wiz) The youngest member of Torchwood, Alex is from the furture, he slipped through the rift and was able to return home. Gwen took it on herself to act as his mother and made him a member of the team when he helped them stop a computer virus from destorying the word.
Gwen: (Leader of Torchwood 3) After rebuilding Torchwood and getting Martha on board, Gwen left to have her child, once given birth, Gwen decided it was time to leave Torchwood for good but when she started to have dreams about Jack, she had to return to her team much to Rhys dismay.
Charlie: Used to work for Johnson but after the evens with the 456 he left the team and spent months trying to contact Torchwood, in the end he travelled to Wales where he proved to Gwen he was needed by protecting the team when they were attacked a a family of aliens who came to earth through the rift. Built a connection between Torchwood and Johnson's team and the two work together.
Lois: Recruited by Gwen when Jack left, she helped Gwen rebuild Torchwood and helped to log all the old Torchwood materials and information. She has pretty much taken on Ianto's role.
John: Last to join the team, after finding himself in a spot of trouble he returned to earth for jack's help but when he relased Jack wasn't around he turned to the team who were able to help him, he then decided to stick around until Jack showed up.
Jack appears in the season and it takes all of Gwen's will power to convince him he is needed at Torchwood.
