MY IPOD WAS STOLEN AT WORK THIS THURSDAY
i keep it in a little pink bag in my backpack, and i keep that in the break room at work. the truckers who deliver things to the paper mill stop by at the same small building, and the door they go into is near the one that we take breaks in.
it was either taken by one of those truckers or this one weird guy i work with. not that i can make open accusations about him, and i want to believe it was one of the truckers, but if you knew him, you'd think the same exact thing, too
and the one coworker and my boss who was left when i found out it was missing thought the same thing.
aaagh i'm just so frustrated
i never told anyone it was in the breakroom, i never took it out...the trucker or the guy would've had to dig through my backpack to find it. and i haven't even had it for three months!! thankfully i had my wallet with me in my boss' office...
really, this guy (and this incident) is the only thing i can complain about when it comes to work. i like my coworkers a lot, and the jobs aren't awful. but this guy...ah, idk. he doesn't like me, thinks i'm "bossy", and i'm pretty sure it's all because he doesn't want to listen to me because i'm female. i'm the one with the most experience in the group, and i KNOW i'm not acutally bossing people around because my other coworkers thought it was ridiculous/appreciate what little i tell them to do. none of us like this guy at all, even my boss wants him gone
i only have about two more weeks left, though, so whatever
maybe i'll be reimbursed for the ipod. i hope so. i'll save the money and get a smartphone (iphone 4??) in korea.

lauren, gene, yusuke & ayaka came. a lot more people would've come with yusuke, but the plumbing at our house is sort-of broken, so not many people can be over. whatever, we still had fun, even though it rained/was cloudy almost the entire time!
but in the pic, lauren had picked up little berries on the ground, so i did, too, and was throwing them at everyone. yusuke is trying to hit me with the basketball and i'm running away from him
they left earlier today, and it's odd...
i'm not sure when i'll see any of them again! this was the last visit before i left. i'm not sad about it, i know at least with lauren & gene i'll keep in contact. they're my closest friends from college
and i keep threatening yusuke that i'm going to come visit him when he's in japan and force him to let me stay with his family. he's finally started to accept it and says "we'll have to make room for you....."
i went to f21 with my mom one weekend and only acutally go the giraffe bracelet in the store. i got that shirt and some hot pink shorts online, along with some shoes for keunyoung (keunseok's sister). i'm really just buying bottoms because i'm always secretly terrified my butt is too big to fit in korean clothes
got this at walmart lol~ it was sort of an impulse buy
it's just b&w stripes, but it's soooo long. still trying to figure out how to wear it...
something i drew quickly just so i could colour it...
idk i keep trying to draw, but i'm not very imaginative these days
FINALLY GOT MY ACCEPTANCE PACKET FROM EWHA
the same day i called the korean consulate in seattle and asked the time it would take to get my visa. so now i'm going to apply for it, and then all i have to worry about is an apartment
AHAHA.
ok and now...i have to work on my essay. i've written nothing, and it's due in 10 days. i just want it DONNEE!!!
