First day on a brand new planet...

Today was my first day at my internship at my parents' town. And boy, I'm tired!!
I work like a slave today lol... Didn't even had time to drink water... but it was a good day, busy, but I got the chance to attend many patients.
Hoping that tomorrow it will be as cool as today.
