Driving to work haiku:
The moon was still bright
In the blue sky morning light
As I drove to work.
This is my last day as a full time shipper. I am so fuckin glad, cuz this has been the worst job time I have evetr spent. Next week I start Janitorial duty, which I expect will be a lot better. I can just listen to my headphones and do my thing, no one to answer to, no deadlines, no downtime to drive me crazy. So yeah, that's my work life, up in the air, as usual.
Mike is leaving tomorrow morning, going to Vancouver for the month to do the roofing school thing. So we miis his b-day and Valentines Day together. But it will be worth it, since every year he does this means higher wages for him in the summer, and maybe he will be foreman sometime soon. I am so proud of him, doing the best he can at what he does, even though it's not really his dream job...
