imagine you have been doing super awesome math for a long time; really powerful derivative relationships and their applications. ...applied physics and the like, chemistry...multi-variable calc...all the higher math. and then one day, you have to do really complex algebra that you totally "remember" how to do, but haven't really done the math for so long that it's tough for a while. and you have to re-learn some things, and you even learn a few new things, but you feel like you're capable of things so much more difficult, but you're struggling with some of the stuff that you inadvertantly think of as easy. you still enjoy it, you know...it's still math, baby. at least i got off early today to pick up my car...which is totally fixed. ...hopefully. i dropped just shy of another grand into it. but it should be right as rain and now i can pay down the deficit, preferably in enormous chunks so it can disappear and i can start saving for the big move.
and lenny kravitz is really really good. ...seriously. but just pretend he stopped making music after circus. pretend that some imposter stole his name and is spreading mediocre, annoyingly repetative, and poorly decided on music. because he's like...zeppelin and hendirx mixed with all the guitar talent and funk. and just enough religion to be passionate and not preachy. if i could only go back in time. ...i suppose this is why god made DVDs (i pray there is one).
