Boredom Is My Way Of Life.
Just recently got home from work. Man I love working part time. It was a 4 hour shift. Someone called off and the girl behind the coustomer service counter left early, so they called me at like 8:40 this morning asking if I'd come in early. Ususally I do, but I didn't want to get out of bed so I went in at my schedualed noon. I looked at the schedual to see which register I was assigned to. After I got all set, the assistant manager, who was at the service desk, told me I was back there today. Cool. I like it back there. Anyway, she was all frazzled, but was happy to see me. So yeah, I was back there for 2 hours. I am getting much better at balancing the drawers. I am kinda sick of the people who buy like 20$ in scratch off lottery tickets and win 5$ so they buy 20$ more. This one guy did that about 7 times, and I am NOT exaggerating. The same damn ticket too. There is a big sign that says "DO NOT SCRATCH TICKETS ON COUNTER" and of course he did. I'm trying to work, and every 3 min he needs me to get him more tickets. He got mad when I was answering the phone and ringing customers out at my register like I was supposed to stand there and WAIT for him to scratch his tickets. One customer got about 30$ worth of tickets today and only won a dollar, so he left it on my counter, along with his trash. I took it and cashed it out for a Powerball ticket for tonight. Dumb people. I can't believe it's June already. Bills are due and everything. RJ's graduation will be SOON and Mom's birthday is comming up. Well, thank God Jason's check will be a nice size on Friday. The pool is open and I am halfway tempted to take a dip. The water is at 73 degrees right now. Plans are almost finished to spend a week at my grandparents. Looks like July 1-7 is the best time.
