(no subject)
Well 4 months later and through all this strife, I am still with Mike. Oh boy has it been tough and still continues to be.......but I guess we have to have faith in how we feel about each other to make it work. :)
Anyway...here is a rundown of my life for the few of you who care!
1. Substitute teacher...just started yesterday at Madison Street:) I had a great time:)
2. DJ at Ritz on Tuesdays and Charlie Horse on Sundays and whenever Daniel and Mike need a fill in.
3. DJ for private parties.
4. Singer for private parties.
5. Recording my own original material with Lexy Semino at a studio in Gainesville. 4 songs are almost entirely mixed down once I go to fix vocal snafus!!! yay!
6. Just received material I will be tracking for George Mantavani, out of the New York/Miami area who now resides in Ocala.....he played guitar/bass for Billy Joel for years and has worked with Taylor Dayne as well. He has some songs he would like for me to track for him. In 2006, I am going to New York to do official tracks and hopefully something will happen out of that!
7. I am probably auditioning for Nashville Star. No sense in not getting my name/face/voice out there in all facets:)
8. Working on a business venture with a good friend in the works.......
Basically, I'm trying to love the stresses of life, make money and have a personal/social life as well. I'll be the first to admit, its incredibly hard.......its hard to fit everything together and it doesn't fit together nicely and sometimes you lose people along the way...but that's the breaks! Anyway......that's about it for now!
