reprodutive rights
ok -- so i'm on this message board -- and one girl started a discussion with this:
"I was watching a news program the other day and they were talking about a woman accused of killing a baby and suspected in the deaths of two others. A part of her bail requirement was that she not be around children under the age of 13, yet during that time she became pregnant. The question that I came in on with the program was this: Is is against her reproductive rights to revoke her bail for giving birth when she should not be around children? I am not really clear on all the details around the case but it got me thinking. What if it was a female sex offender who became pregnant while being under order to not be around children? Should her bail or parole be revoked for giving birth?"
what do you guys think?
