Ten Little Known Facts About Me

Feb 23, 2007 00:47

1. I know how to play the piano, the clarinet, the bass clarinet and I use to play the french horn but I don't remeber how to play that one anymore.

2. The first time a guy tried to give me my first honest to god kiss, I burst out laughing. I serious felt like I was in some cheezy romantic (or godforbid teen) movie where he had just walked me home from work, we were outside my apartment talking underneath the stars and when he moved in to kiss me, I just burst out laughing because it all felt so stereotypical.

3. My favorite years in school was Junior High.

4. When I listen to music, I often think the song I'm listening to would make a great amv for [insert anime name here]. Like yesterday I heard "all you need is love" by the beatles, and I thought hey, that would be a fun amv to do to something really violent. Working with irony here. Maybe cowboy bebop b/c you could use the violent scenes as well as the tragic lost love tie in. No one is allowed to steal this idea without my permission, or critizie it b/c i do need to see like the last five episodes.

5. It bothers me when people's feet touch me. This does include footsie. Though if it has a shoe on it's sometimes alright.

6. I was once a cheerleader.  (This is actually true.)

7.  I was enrolled in a high school in L.A. for exactly one day and the only person I met was a cheerleader.  When I returned to my old high school and told my friends this they either a)did not believe me or b)took the high road and made fun of me.

8. I have had a life goal to travel to all the continents since I was a kid.

9.  When I was eight years old I was in the Landersearthquake (with a magnatude of 7.3) which I slept through, but that triggered the Big Bear earthquake (magnatidue 6.4) which my parents were kind enough to wake me up for.  I swear, for the rest of that summer everytime I got in the shower there was an aftershock.

10.  I couldn't think of anything else so I wanted to put "Ray and I actually got married two years ago, we just never told anyone." but he said that would be mean.  I think it would just showcase my wicked sense of humour but I guess that fact that I have a sense of humour is not a little known fact.  Instead I will say I would rather elope than have a large or even meduim wedding b/c one I've never been to a wedding I actually enjoyed so why would I want to put other people through the same thing, b)weddings just feel like a big show put on for everyone else benefit and c)eloping sounds more personal, more intimate and more romantic which is what I think entering into a marriage should be.
