You've posted it! It's both lovely and touching, and all the little details here paint such a vivid picture of it all. I so like how you describe young Jack, with his tendency to wander off and fascination with boats. And Anna, taking care of him as best she can, making that boat for him out of the old newspaper and wading into the ice cold water to fetch it. Great work!
