That is absolutely lovely. This is one of my favourite pairings and this is one of the most intimate pictures of Jack and Anamaria together that I've read. I love the sense of familiarity and ritual about their interactions as well as that ever intriguing mystery. And the descriptions of the two of them are absolutely mouth-watering, particularly the bit about her ankle. I do love it when non-traditional body parts are described sensually.

The playfulness and laughter and relaxation and caring and history of this just make me melt. Jack telling goofy bawdy stories is just right, as is his inability to resist being admired. Louche Narcissus indeed.

I am admiring you and your writing greatly at this moment!

Thank you very much! Seems to me that Anamaria is one of the very few people Jack would allow to be intimate with him/would allow himself to be intimate with - they are alike in many ways, that helps...

Zoe has lovely ankles and I wanted to utilise them somehow ... and we all love a louche Narcissus. :-)

Such a beautiful, sun-baked interlude.

Thank you! (Wish we had some sun. Started writing this when it was sunny a couple of weeks ago, then it got cold and I stalled.)
