so i may have figured out the fatigue thing.
according to calculators on the web, a woman of my height, weight and activity level should be consuming
75-80g of protein a day. I get about 30!.
So tuna, chicken and peanut butter and banana smoothies here i come!
Hopefully this will accomplish to goals, not exhausted everyday, and not sore for so long after climbing (i've about got boxing pain licked). Finally put some ice trays in the freezer, so I should be able to ice up the shins soon, I can feel the shin splints coming on, and its not pleasant. I stretch and stretch but it doesn't do much.
So that is aobut my life,
I work out,
go to classes,
go to work, and
hang out at my parents place.
Had a few sat nights out.
I shouldn't complain though, as being a bit of a homebody keeps the wallet intact. Can't wait for full spring-ness so I can start running again. Anyone want to go sneaker shopping with me? I went to the running room and found areally comfy pair, but i really can't justify $145 +tax.
Hopefully i'll see my ladies friday
