I really like the Daughtry cd! Ryan made me a copy and I haven't been able to stop listening to it.
Even though today is only tuesday, it feels like the week should already be over. Eric's ony been gone for less than two days, and aready it seems as if I haven't seen him for months.
One of my favorite moments with him this visit is actually something very small. Nothing fancy. Nothing huge.
It was thursday afternoon; after sort of a crappy start of a morning and after rather frightening wednesday night... I still had a light headache and we were lying in bed just cuddling. I already had one class in the morning and my next one wasn't until 3:10pm.
So we were lying in bed and we got a little hungry - read: felt like snacking - so we reached for the bag of pretzels I had in my room (from the previous night since he made me eat a little something before going to bed) and I was lying there with my head propped on my pillow with Kid Muffie & Muffie siting ontop of me and he was sitting with one leg up and one leg hanging over the bed. So we were eating pretzels, feeding each other and just talking. I thought the pretzels were a little too salty so I rubbed individual pretzels with my fingers to get the excess salt off. It was kinda interesting actually. Anyways so we were snacking on the little buggers and then all of a sudden Eric jumped up, went across my room and picked up my deck of cards. And then we played. We played gold fish and 21. And I totally kicked butt in gold fish. It was just simple fun time. While playing, we were still feeding pretzels to each other and there was always a kiss here & there, or a forehead kisssky and... I don't know. I felt realy comfortable and really good at that moment - despite like I said, having a rough morning that made me feel frustrated and mad. -_- But as always, he got me to smile and forget about my troubles - just for long enough to make me feel better and take a step away from all my troubles and problems. And I miss him now.
