General status update
Fandom-related thoughts
I really need to get caught up with Supernatural sometime in the next 6 or so weeks, because otherwise I will be hopelessly confused during the season finale (assuming the finale's two parts as it seems to have been past seasons). I also need to get caught up with Numb3rs, but that's not quite as important due to the fact that the episodes are largely standalone as far as I've seen so far.
School
Nothing against the teacher, but I'm really glad that we don't have Creative Writing this week. Because I have an essay due this week, and two longer essays due early March, and a third (and possibly a fourth) following that.
Random
I was really unproductive this weekend, in terms of homework at least. Most of Sunday was spent helping Mom cook for the relatively small Chinese New Year's Day party we had. (8 people, counting myself. I'm glad we didn't invite more people, except that it might have been more entertaining after dinner since I was the only kid there.)
Woke up this morning, went running, saw Transformers: RotF on sale for $9 at Target, and got it. Fannish squealing will probably start again when I have the time to actually see it.
Currently eating a . . . pommelo? Not quite sure; I only know it by the Chinese name (pinyin you(4) zi - copy-paste is failing in Safari and Chrome tonight). Getting good at typing one-handed as a result (though I should probably start practicing with my left hand at some point. The peel's yellow-green, almost chartreuse (though not blindingly so as Ratchet is) and close to an inch thick. The fruit looks a lot like a grapefruit, though, and it's sweet-tangy-sour.
Probably should have realized it sooner, but the Windows 7 upgrade's going to take a long time to install. Hopefully it'll be done by the time I wake up tomorrow.
