elsmi  helpfully points out that I am sandwiched between time_shark  and tithenai ...
*whistles, looks innocently skyward*

Also, SQUEEE!
(via upstart_crow of course!)

2) In other very cool news, calico_reaction  is hosting a Clockwork Phoenix 3 giveaway!  You know you want one.
(via time_shark ... also of course I guess!)

3) Health foo being what it is, I can't necessarily even read during the bad hours.  I've been playing casual clicky games but... gah the fail, it's pervasive and it's getting me down.  Any recommendations for... lighthearted hidden object, casual-adventure, or hybrid casual games with narrative that are [-racefail, -genderfail -psychophobia -fatphobia]?

I've been playing The Dark Hills of Cherai, which is set in South India, written by an Indian company, full of details I'm recognizing with squee, and remarkably free of the fail so far (though the emphasis on Evil! Magician! is getting a bit old). BUT... it's... too easy. High on pretty, low on challenge, so far.

4) Health foo being what it is, and internets having been what they were, I am desperately playing catchup, but I've lost track of what's going on with the wiscon stuff.  Any pithy summaries of the last few days around?

ETA:
5) Because I can't count!  Apex Book of World SF 2 TOC has also been announced!

6) (Because I really can't count) I HAS A HONEY MONTH squeeeee!
