It seems that, with everything else, I am only getting one bento a week done.
Bottom tier: Leftover roasted chicken made into a soy-ginger salad w/cranberries and almonds, on toasted bagels with baby spinach. Baby carrots, Santa Sweet tomatoes, and a heart made from muenster, pressed corned beef and cheddar cheese.
Top tier: Cauliflower puree & cooked spinach. Chocolate mini-meringues. Yogurt w/honey, mandarin oranges, strawberries, and granola. Apples & cheese, grape skewers, sliced cucumber, and a bean-paste treat.
It's amazing how much one man eats....
