“well the problem is it isn’t what we thought…here” she pointed the blurred image of the baby “and here and here” she pointed and as Dr. Higashiyama studied next to her then smiled “well let’s just say your surprise has gotten bigger.”
He smiled further “you’re having triplets.” He said and Ohno's face dropped “HEH!?!?” He screamed but the man smiled further “even if your stomach looks small for this stage and the number you’re having they seem to be fine but I will recommend surgery because the strain of twins you’ll be lucky to get through but by the third you might have problems that can end yours and your babies’ lives.” He said turning serious.
“Otherwise everything is doing fine. I can see you having sex haven’t been too much of a problem so I give you permission to continue. If it gets uncomfortable stop.” He said before standing “okay you’re good to go and congratulations.” He left on that note.
And when Satoshi turned to see his mom crying and he panicked “mama?!” he moved towards her when she waved her hand “it’s nothing *sniff* it’s just *sniff* I’m finally a grandmother.
