I'm currently trying to do a major overhaul for my life and lifestyle. This seems to be the way I'm living now. I'd suddenly decide I want to live my life a certain way, then I kept on the goal for a while(normally at least a year), slack a while, realise I seem to be wasting my tme, then the cycle starts all over again.

Hmm you could try to steam or boil your meat (like chicken strip salad or something), cook them with soup. At times I take more tofu and some eggs to make up the lack of meat in the diet.
