This community focuses mostly on fan works and icons, and recently triclementia was launched, a layouts community run by me and friends. I've compiled a small list of old layouts I'd made (all Axis Powers Hetalia-related), and I've just made a new one as shown below:
Uh, it's not that great, but Miiscea makes very beautiful ones.
