I am pretty sure that the kid is Tony's wife's and Tony adopted him when they got married. Just a few years ago (maybe it was 2004?) he'd said he didn't have any kids, and he usually just doesn't answer questions he doesn't want to answer, or he says he'd rather keep it private.

Last night I was bitching to Shirley about how the universe clearly hates me and doesn't want me to have joy in my life since there was no picture of Spencer in the rain. Then I got up today and checked the internets and THIS picture was there and I thought to myself "IS IT MY BIRTHDAY?" and then I realized it WAS MY BIRTHDAY and so I have decided this was the internets gift to me.
