You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison. RAY MOTHERFUCKING TORO, GUITAR GOD. Okay, so I'm pretty clueless about guitar sounds. Like, if you asked me to pick out Ray's part from Frankie's from Mikey's, with a few minor exceptions, I'd fail miserably. But even a total ignoramus like me can tell Ray's musical genius in this clip. Just. WOW.

Also, Houston peeps, I've got an email ticket for an advanced screening of The Hottest State at the Angelika Film Center for tomorrow night for you and a guest. I can't make it so I'm happy to forward it to anyone who wants it.
And, I'm still kind of whatever about tv - I still have the last three episodes of Kyle XY sitting unwatched and unloved in my DVR - but any recs on any new shows? I'm going to give Gossip Girl a try because it comes on after Top Model and I want to see how badly they butcher the books but I'm pretty clueless about anything else. And also lazy and don't want to look for myself. And I've learned that I should totally trust y'all's judgement when it comes to awesome tv that I should be watching (Friday Night Lights, OMG when does this premiere?).
There's no news about my sister yet. Still watiting on test results, blah. And now I'm off to find something to get rid of these cramps. Yech.
