Day Ten
Yay today is my last fucking day of the Master Cleanse FAST.
YAaaaaaaaYYYYAyYY.
It is such a satisfying feeling when you know that you are clean inside and out. I have so much more energy these days, everything looks brighter, i've lost some weight, but i'm sure that will all come back since that is water weight but all in all i feel fan fucking tastic. These past couple of days were rather difficult since i was always working or at school so i only had about three glasses of that lemonade yesterday and the day before but i still feel great.
All i know is i fucking conquered this shit and i would totally do this again.
I would like to go for a longer period, but i have a lot of catering jobs i have to do next week so i need to eat.
Tomorrow to ease off this diet i have to drink orange juice and then for the next couple of days will be oj and this veg soup i have to make. then on the fourthday my stomach will be ready to digest regular food. i'll do my best to cut down on the meat and dairy, but that will be a bigger challenge since my peers are nothing but carnivores always begging me to cook for them...but we'll see.
