seriously dude i fucking want eat like crazy.
Today i had to cook AND go grocery shopping.
it's the worst torture imaginable.
i am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
close on just giving up and taking a bite of
anything!
it's so hard... someone is always cooking in this house!

this sunday i have a wedding to go...
i'll be done by then but when you ease off the MC
you have to introduce food to your digestive system slowly
or else you'll feel like shit... literally.
that day i m supposed to have just veg soup and oj
but i think i'll be okay by then to have a little bit of reception food.
it's crazy how much noise my stomach is making.
and that salt water flush -man! seriously you should just try it
it reeeeeally works. it's insane. i feel so internally clean.
i haven't lost any weight really-i guess i need my fats...
