Day One

Since I have been working in the restaurant industry I must admit that lately my eating habits haven't been to healthy. And my drinking and party habits? Don't let me get into that...
Lately I've notice that get tired easily... that my energy lasts about 6 hours a day.

So I decided to try something new.
I decided to try this Master Cleansefast.

After hearing nothing but appraisal for this fast I decided to test my will power and try it out to the best to my ability. The results of it is rather appealing and its not one of those run of the mill fad diets like atkins and south beach it has actually been around for about forty years to get rid of ulcers.

Its purpose is not to lose weight but to cleanse the kidneys and digestive system, purify glands and cells throughout the entire body, eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles, and so on...
The diet consists of drinking this lemonade drink of lemons, grade b maple syrup and cayenne.
You don't eat anything but this drink and water-for a minimum of ten days. It's pretty harsh considering the "elimination process". Each ingredient contributes in its own way: the lemon and maple syrup have all the daily nutrients you need and the cayenne pepper is necessary as it breaks up mucus and increases warmth by building the blood for an additional lift. It also adds many of the B and C vitamins.

But I mean why the fuck not. I will be a true testiment to this (if I last long enough) and you can watch me suffer and see the consequences. Having an audience will hopefully keep me from quitting, because I have been on this for one day and jesus h christ and i am about ready to eat just about anything- even these weird ass fish flavored cracker chips.

You can tell me other wise if this fastlooks shady to you but I've done my research. And you can check for more details at some of these sites. Or buy the book. The Master Cleanse by Stanley Burroughs
