Those of you who are shopping/living near enough to the center of town will certainly be able to hear it, and the shock wave will probably rattle your windows. As it is, Kaiba insists on standing in front of the sign, and he barely stays on his feet.
Town Hall crumbles in on itself , just like any other building being demolished and exactly the way he intended it to.
