Fridge Magnets are Bastards

An explanation as to the title later. But first a little contemplation.

Attachment
I went through a weird process of attachment a little while ago. I found something I wasn't expecting, and then suddenly considered the possibilities, all of which involved it. Then, two days later it was suddenly taken away, and I found myself desperately unhappy. So I went to my friends asking if they had one. One of my friends did. And she gave it to me. Then, as if the whole thing wasn't turbulent enough already, when it came to putting it to use, I was suddenly nonchalant about it, bordering on not wanting it. But I used it anyway.

Needless to say, I now have a nearly indecently large picture of an Aston Martin on my wall.

Buddhists believe that all life is suffering and that the only way to cure this is to cut oneself away from all attachment. I see the logic, but it would be much harder in practise. I personally believe that it would be a very, bland way of living; if one was to live without attachment. Nearly like sensory deprivation.
Gotye: You won't admit to it. It makes no sense. You can't live like this...

I was planning on coming to some wonderful, thoughtful conclusion, but, my philosophical mind isn't working. I guess I was just looking to observe.

Felt anything unexplainable as that recently?

Now something a lot less intellectual. A meme.  Snagged from Nisha.  Snagged is a such a cool word, is it not?
