Well, Clint & I got the house today. The sellers agreed to our last offer and we close on Feb 28th. Thank you everyone for your good vibes - I'm sure it helped a lot. We are sooooooooooooo excited!!!!! Can't wait to start moving in. Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh CONGRATULATIONS!!!! there's nothing more exciting than your first house!!! we moved into ours just less than one month ago...we love it. of course we don't have the money to do all the blinds, the grill, the patio furniture, etc. etc. but it's so nice to have your own place and you can think - should i put a hole in the wall here b/c it's going to be my hole 3 years from now! LOL

things are good here. eddie is going back to court next monday to try to get more time with his son. based on what the attorney says he has a good chance to win. both our jobs are going great. everything is almost too good to be true!

we just had our 2 year anniversary, and we are going to try to have that "wedding" in december...if we can ever get around to it! only been 3 years in the making! HAHA he wants to do it in Guadalajara.
