ww_stockings reveal: stories I wrote, stories I received, rec list
This took me a long time--pretty much all night--to organize. I give you my reveal for ww_stockings, complete with links to: (1) stories I wrote, (2) stories I received, and (3) a list of some of my favorites (I enjoy some not listed here, but I was starting to get very tired, but they're all worth reading).
Here are the stories I wrote (twelve total), with a link provided (click the title), and a little basic information--an abridged header, if you will--about each one. I'll be posting these to the comms beginning today. Speaking of which, does anyone know if a Josh/Amy comm exists, or a Toby/Andy, or a Sam/Ainsley one exists?

Really and truly. *g* By the way, whoever wrote them, now's the time to fess up (if I know who you are, I'm not going to reveal you here until you give me the go-ahead or have already revealed yourself in your LJ). Untitled. Donna-centric, when Josh was shot. A nice little touch of characterization in a short span.
Josh's Protector by dallascowboys82. Josh, Sam, & Donna. Set during Josh's recovery in the hospital. Really nice Josh and Sam interactions, and a lovely touch of Josh and Donna. A scene that felt like a true missing scene.
Untitled by magisterequitum. Josh & Donna. Noel-based and lovely. (Guh, I love Noel.) Features some nice descriptions.
fire upon the walls of Gaza by spyglass_. Josh-centric, pertaining to the events surrounding Donna in Gaza. Guh. Another storyline that absolutely gets to me, and this fic did it such justice. Fantastic emotion throughout. Really wonderful stylistic choices--structure, sentence composition, etc. Very well done. Loved this one.
Making Amends. CJ/Danny. Post-series. So cute! I got CJ/Danny! Both characters shine here and paints a nice picture of them post-series.
A Cunning Plan by lauriestein. (I am so sorry I didn't get a chance to write for your stocking, bb, but this was fantastic!). Josh (& CJ). A fun, giggle-inducing fic about Josh's obsession with his fansite. Features Josh thinking he's oh-so-sly and CJ being awesome.
Like before, I've included some information about each one, and if any of you who are reading this wrote some of these, fess up. You deserve the credit. ;)
Untitled. Sam & Ainsley. Lovely use of language, descriptions, and mood. Written for tidbit2008.
Untitled. Toby/Andy. Pre-series. Very sweet, and a great look at Toby's character through Andy's eyes. Written for raedbard.
Living Broken. Josh-centric. Future fic, with references to canon. Some nice descriptions and mood. Addresses a favorite storyline of mine: Josh and the backlash/lasting issues from the shooting. Written for purple_elefants.
In Memoriam. Josh & POTUS (appearances by CJ, Donna, and Abbey). Future fic. It made my heart ache with bittersweetness, and I loved it. Written for purple_elefants.
Untitled. Zoey and POTUS. A fun, well-written fic that features the President's love of knowledge and trivial facts, and is a lovely father-daughter kind of moment. Written for spyglass_.
All About Duty. Ainsley-centric. A beautiful portrait of Ainsley, complete with a Gilbert and Sullivan reference. Written for dallascowboys82.
out into another world. Sam & Ainsley. Sad, bittersweet fic that's written beautifully and subtlely. The style and language is very nice. Wonderful details throughout. Written for magisterequitum.
Untitled. Toby/Andy. A stunning picture of the two of them, especially Andy. Written for lauriestein.

Whew! That's a lot of West Wing goodness packed into one place! I hope everyone who was involved had a nice time with it (I sound like a mod or something--*snort*), and I hope that everyone who didn't have a stocking still goes to read some of these marvelous fics anyway, because they are really wonderful and worth the read. Yay, ww_stockings!
