Summary: America loves the spring, he loves watching his land come back to life.
He always enjoyed this time of year, the snow began to recede and the first hardy plants would begin to push themselves out of the slush. He would always feel antsy if he was forced to stay inside, which would usually prompt his boss to give him some time off. He loved to chase the spring across his lands as it went from south to north, it was a wonderful journey. Spring had come to the low country already but was just beginning to creep into the high country. He would open up all the windows and air out the place so that he could get a breath of fresh air. After, he would go out and watch, time would seem to slow as the new growth reached for the sunlight. He would listen to the life of his lands and it would make him whole again, ready to face the modern world again.
That was why he kept these places, for healing his wounds.
He had to give himself props, for being smart enough to be born in such a beautiful place. America smiled and took in the energy, summer was going to be awesome.
