Update 3 Feb: And that's that. All prompts have been answered, and I'm declaring this session closed. A recap / thoughts-so-far post should go up within a few days. Thanks, everybody!
Adding a few more prompts to give you something to actually choose from. ;)
∞) A couple working out how to deal with non-matching preferences/kinks
π) "May you live in interesting times" as a curse
∑) A cattle ranch with unicorns, flightless dragons, or wingclipped gryphons rather than cows
Confirmation number: 7RX1454315592105P If you could, put one of my extra 500 word chunks towards continuing the crash landing prompt below, and the other one towards an extra prompt or extra length on one of mine, at discretion.
b) (okay, this breaks a rule, but it's worth exploring) Pegasus's feeling for having bucked off Bellerophon. My main concern there was copyright; also important was the matter of getting the characters right. Ancient myth isn't under copyright, and most of them have gone through so many variations already that one needn't worry too much about canon!
Belatedly glad the first story was well-received! Now, since my donations passed a threshold, have a bonus piece! Person at the bottom of a well waits for someone to find them "Fool's Gold" (583 words, no content warnings)
Glad you enjoyed it! The bonus piece probably won't deserve the same adjective, but hopefully it turned out well in its own way. Wishing only wounds the heart "What Will Never Be" (596 words; some coarse language)
P.S. You may also be interested in what turned out to be a follow-up.
And thanks to a donor's choice, it's twice as long as before! Still in the same place, but now 1088 words long!
Also thanks to donors, have a bonus prompt: After the superhero retires, the kid sidekicks notice that all the bad guys they meet now are ones they can handle themselves. "Powered Down" (561 words, no content warnings)

A) A continuation on this.
#) Blake and Charlie's Amazing Pots-And-Pans Orchestra
♣) The experience Blake is discussing here.
€) Did Angie ever talk to Aaron about that incident in the locker room? If so, that. (Felidae)
¤) Godiva. Interpretation all up to you. ;)
