Man vs Nature
Monday was a super very windy cold day. For some really dumb reason (or maybe I was still groggy in the morning), I decided to bike to work. What a bad mistake! Particles kept on flying into my eyes, and the cold icy wind was against me. I had to endure a ~50 minute one way trip! My nose was also dripping like a faucet since it was that chilly. .. and even worse, I had to go back home in even more worse conditions! However, in the end, I WON!! I battled against the forces of nature and succeeded!!! I clench my fists in the air and embrace the bittersweet victory!! "YES!!!"

just like in classic stories, victory does come with a price: A NEW BATTLE AWAITS!
I've won in the battle of "Man vs Nature", but now it is "Man vs the Cold". The next day after, my throat was sore.. and now my nose is dripping all over the place.. I'm sneezing.. Co-workers aproach me with caution.. "You have the swine flu!!", they exclaim to me.. I don't know what I have, but beware! :( :( I haven't gotten sick in a long time.. . .
