A Lovely Winter

The shunsui_nanao community at Livejournal and Dreamwidth is pleased to present a fanfiction and fanart contest for our newly First Division pairing, Shunsui and Nanao!  This contest will run from January 6th to February 3rd.

We're pleased to expand the contest this year to have categories for fanfiction and fanart!

We will be offering a copy of Ikusa Otome no Henai Shinshi  (戦乙女の偏愛紳士) as a First Place prize for fanfiction!





A $10 gift card or equivalent points or tokens at the website of the winner’s choice will be offered for Second Place!

We will be offering a copy of Vibes as a First Place prize for fanart!

More Information:

1. The entries don’t have to be romantic in nature, but if there is a romantic pairing with our leads, please have it be Shunsui and Nanao.
2. You may post fanfiction of any length; however, fanfiction must be at least 1000 words to be eligible for voting and prizes.
3. Fanfiction entries should be completed one-shots.
4. All fanfiction and fanart entries should be new work that hasn’t been posted elsewhere before.
5. Please avoid pwp, if possible.
6. You may enter as many times as you wish in both categories, but each individual will only be eligible for one prize.
7. All entries must be posted on the community within the contest dates of January 6th to February 3rd.  If you can’t post during this time, please contact kyliwolf or r_dahlia, using the information below; we can post your entries for you.
8. If you do not have a Livejournal and would like to participate, please contact kyliwolf here, or at Dreamwidth, Deathberry, fanfiction.net, or email her at wolfcat50 at hotmail dot com; you can contact r_dahlia here, or at Deathberry, fanfiction.net, Dreamwidth, and tumblr.  We can post your entries for you.
9. Each entry should have the heading “A Lovely Winter Contest.”  If you do not want to enter the contest, please mark your post “Non-Entry/Gift.” (kyliwolf and r_dahlia would only enter gifts.)
10. Please use this format for your header or one that has this information:

Rating: (Please rate appropriately for the content)
Contains: (Please note any warnings or triggers for your content that apply here.If you aren’t sure if your content should be warned for, please PM r_dahlia or kyliwolf.)

1. Please use an lj cut after your header, so your story or art is behind the cut.

The theme for this year is Reflections on Time, and we’ve created a prompt list, which you can use as inspiration for your story or art if you like; you do not have to use the prompts, they are entirely optional.  The prompts are:

• Past, present, future
• Unforgettable
• Capturing youth
• Memories of another life
• Stranger in the mirror
• Reminiscing
• Bittersweet memory
• Building a history

Polls will be posted after the contest has ended; everyone can vote for up to three entries.  The highest rated entries will win prizes!

If we receive more entries than we anticipate, we will add additional prizes.
