On clamping

Monday was the day that the school enforced the wheel clamping rule, something the students were informed of through emails sent to their student webmail, and also advertised through large banners plastered all over the university and newly-errected signs near parking bays. Hahah! I think your school is sups cool! My school's parking fee is sky-high. Students hardly drive to school, other than night time when the parking fee becomes fixed fee per entry. :D
