Nash Latkje, is it? I've heard a little bit about you from the others. You seem to have a rather... colorful background.
We've had most of our recruits arrive so far. The Maximillians, Tir McDohl, Barbarossa, both Clive and Elza, Futch, Stallion, Ted, Viki, Saris, Sheena, Cleo and Arden are all accounted for. We're still waiting on Riou (and presumably his sister), Geddoe's mercenaries, Hugo, Joshua Levenheit, and a lizard warrior called Shiba (who is in the company of a rune master).
Caesar just arrived yesterday, so everything should be ready fairly soon. Unfortunately we know very little about Luca Blight's current position and barring a report from Jowy, we will have to rely on Futch or Saris to give us an idea on Luca's progress in Matilda.

That is a concern, but we've been meeting with most of the larger groups before they arrive at our current rendevous point. But most of the group is staying at the same inn, which has certainly bolstered the pocketbook of the owner. With so many arrivals, we'll need to be moving most of them to our temporary encampment away from the city.
One final bit of information. Clive and Elza have determined that the Beast Rune is not within the palace. That's not to say it isn't around at all, but it does certainly lessen the chances of it having arrived in this world.

Even more reason not to use the name, don't you think?
You'll have to find out the perimeter that the guards patrol and stay out of it; I imagine they won't take lightly to an armed group of unknowns so close to their city.
