Started off the day with a lovely cramp in my calf, woot. I was supposed to be able to sleep in because I don't have work until 11:30 but lying back down is one of the worse things you can do with a cramp so I'm stuck massaging and stretching the damn thing all morning so I'll actually be able to walk to work and possibly do my morning run.
