Best Day
Today was just SO MUCH FUN. I was so happy and in such a good mood all day long.
I had my presentation today in my education class, and that was... bleh, it was okay. I got a decent grade I'm sure. My lit class was literally only 10 minutes long.
Sooo I went to the starbucks down the street from school and got an iced black tea, sat outside, and read my book waiting for Pam to come and meet me. At like 9:30, Pam came by and we chatted for a little bit then decided to go to the Ross across the street. She needed to get her mom a mother's day present. Theeeen we went back to starbucks hahaha. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day and we talked about a whole bunch of shit. Boyfriends, breakups, ED, religion, cancer, death, getting married someday, family, having kids... it was great.
At about 10:45 we headed over to Mimi's Cafe to wait for Kristin and Emily. Once they got there, we went inside and ordered our food. It didn't take us very long to eat, but we were there until 1:30... talking about even more about EVERYTHING. Sex, sex toys, positions... that's all that really stood out for the majority of our conversation. Then we all got emotional because we were sad that the semester was over and we wouldn't get to see each other so often. So we made a pact to see each other every two weeks. We would have our fascination trips, our wine nights (which we are having next week), our lunch dates.
I can really see the four of us being friends for such a long time. Like, I don't know, eating lunch together 20 years from now, even if we don't see anyone for awhile.
But Emily has a condo in Santa Cruz (Sante Fe? I can't remember) so she said that the four of us HAVE to go at least once and chill.
Oh my gosh I'm just so happy. I finally have girlfriends. I mean, I've been stuck with guy friends for too long now. I don't want to hear another story about how huge Joey's shit was, or what girl Johnny did in the butthole the night before.
Yesss.
But then Rich was in a bad mood tonight so that made me sad :(
