All right, so, Mt. Vernon people who read this journal: Things have changed at the ol' club. I no longer work there, but my sister does, and since the most experienced server is now Mary Jo (OMG I know), apparently no one else has been properly trained. My sister worked there for over a month before someone told her to serve ladies first. Christ.
So today/yesterday, they had a training session. There was a packet about alcohol, including a not-too-accurate pronounciation guide for wine. And then AND THEN! They had a test. A WRITTEN TEST.
