Why hello there,

Feb 16, 2030 11:55

Pretty much emptied this journal in the trash.

Never been much of a sentimental person, so I've cleared out many old posts.
Just keeping this around because livejournal is an interesting platform.
I won't be doing any scanlations any longer. Just translations.

Open for friending, still.

welcoming post, friending post

Hi! ^_^

I found your journal by looking some D18 things jeje XD (I just love them so much!), and I saw your scanlations, must say I'm interesting in them n.n
Also, I read you like Shizaya =D (I recovered my deep love on Shizaya fandom since I cosplayed Izaya with my friend as Shizuo last saturday XD)
Anyway, I would like to be friends with you, so maybe I can fangirl with some one witht the same tastes XD, I read the rules and promise to follow them n.n

Can I add you! n.n

P.S. Love your D18 ava! *0*

I see 24: on your icon~~

Well hello there, of course we can given how much interests we share! By the way, how should I address you as? ^_^
I've been rather busy as of currently, so I don't do much scanlations right now though I help out as a translator in insieme-scans because I felt that it's better when a scanlation is being shared with others.

Oh, and yes, my icon's by Aqua, one of the newer doujinshi circles (she's more of a pixiv artist than comic artist though)

Hello! :3

Yep! it's 24 n.n...I love that cover! but my favorite one's are Lion Punch!
Oh Aqua....I have seen her works but I didn´t know that was the artist =D
You can call me just Kat or Katja ^__^, most of my friends also call me like that jeje XD

Ah! I'm in Insieme too as a part of the staff! *0* I recently joined as a designer and scanner, becayse I think the same as you, it's better to share with others :3, unfortunately I can´t read japanese, but I have some doujins that I would like to share, so, the group was perfect for that...besides, I enjoy a lot making graphics, better if its D18 in the graphic XD

Whoa , that's cool, so, I guess we will see at the group jeje XD

See you then! =D and nice to meet you n.n

By the way, what are your favourite D18 circles, Kat?

Hm, Aqua is quite a newbie at this but her art style is really adorable. She has this way of making her Hibari rather girl-looking, but pretty art is pretty art.

I'm currently at intermediate level for Japanese and well I have my own standards to hold so I'd never translate something unless I've achieved at least an advance level for both languages. So maybe I'd help out in Japanese translations next year. As of now, I only do Chinese > English as I've attained advance certificates for both languages. I might donate scans soon though, money has always been quite an issue for me.

See you around, it's a pleasure to meet you too. ^_^

My favourite circles are Lion Punch, Peeco, Banyu and recently I got addicted to 24 n.n, they are just so awesome styles!

XD ah yeah, that's true, Hibari looks a little girly but at the same time is so beautiful, maybe she wanted to make Hibari that style, kind of a dream, I guess, like a fairytail n.n, but as you say, pretty art.

Whoa, that's great! =D, so, you know Chinese and English, and some Japanese n.n....I only know some English (and a little of French n.n), I would like to learn japanese too, one day, one day...but I'm too distracted when it's learning time -.-...anyway, I'll make an effort =D

See you!!!!!! n.n

I see, as far as I know, LION PUNCH and Peeco are one of the very first pioneers in the D18 fandom.
24: is a goddess, and as of recently I've been making it a point to collect her work, and two other smaller yet quality circles.

Well in my opinion, Japanese is quite a hard language to master, though slightly easier than Chinese because there is absolutely no alphabets in the Chinese Language whereas there's the Hiragana and Katakana in the Japanese Language.

Study hard if you have the chance to learn it hon. <3
