so andy doesnt like the location and ben has another six months worth of car paments so cant move out right now. so if matt still wants to thats cool but we would need a third. I dont know if david is still interested or not but the place is going to be available like in a week. I will need $150 a person by the end of the month for next months rent and then the other bills are going to have to be worked out. at first at least the rent is gona be $400 a person a month. that will cover the rent and the bills by our estimate. it will be a little extra but gas is going to go up so that should cover us there.
