I met this woman today:
Thats Victoria Stilwell. Host of "It's Me or the Dog" on animal planet. She's a fantastic dog/person trainer. Way better than that dog whisperer guy. She actually lets the owners know what they are doing wrong and why.
She was really cool and nice and pretty impressed with our zoo! :)
